What you should know before you sign up
- Free design preview
- Always free. Requesting one doesn't sign you up for a plan.
- Contract
- Plans are month to month. There's no long-term contract.
- Domain name
- You own your domain name. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you register it in your name. Domain registration is billed separately by the registrar.
- Your content
- The text, photos and logos you provide remain yours.
- Extra work
- Work beyond your plan's included updates, such as new features or extra pages, is quoted and approved by you before we start.
- Cancelling
- You can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your site's text and images.
- Refunds
- Payments for past months aren't refundable. If you cancel, the current month isn't refundable either once your website has been live for at least one business day in that billing month.

Is the website design really free?
The design preview is free. We create a personalized homepage concept so you can see a possible direction for your business before you decide anything. The finished website — built, launched, hosted and maintained — is a paid monthly plan, and you only sign up if you want to.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Every plan includes hosting, an SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser), backups and keeping the site's software up to date.
Who owns the domain and content?
You own your domain name. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you register it in your name. Domain registration is billed separately by the registrar. The text, photos and logos you provide remain yours.
Can I get changes made after launch?
Yes. Each plan includes a set amount of content updates every month. Work beyond your plan's included updates, such as new features or extra pages, is quoted and approved by you before we start.
Can I cancel?
Plans are month to month. There's no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your site's text and images.
